Founder Salvatore Friscia, a San Diego real estate broker and owner of San Diego Premier Property Management, created TenantFinder after recognizing that many rental property owners wanted professional help marketing their properties, coordinating showings, screening applicants, and preparing leases—but preferred to manage their properties themselves once a qualified tenant was placed.
