We’re a family owned and operated company currently serving the greater San Diego and Las Vegas area.  Founder Salvatore Friscia, who also owns San Diego Premier Property Management quickly realized that not all of his clients wanted or needed full residential property management services.

However, many dreaded the tedious task of finding and qualifying tenants for their rental properties; hence, TenantFinder was born and continues to serve San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Tule Springs, Sheep Mountain, Lone Mountain & Henderson, Nevada rental property owners.
